it seems like Barranquilla is built for cars, is that true , or can you get around pretty easy without a car ? everything sprawls here and if you don't have access to a car then it's a real pain. oh but on a side note, in Scottsdale, the nicer or the more wealthy the neighborhood, the more they try to make everything look latin-american
